Hi everyone!

Post  JimmyD1318 on Sun Feb 07, 2010 7:57 pm

Hi everyone! I know it's been a long time since I've been on here and I would like to say I'm sorry about that. I went through some very personal issues last year, but I've made it out to the other side. Nothing much has been going with my writing, but I have been invited to the MidSouthCon to be a speaker on a couple of their panels. I know that will be fun to do. I have also continued my love for reptiles, and my wife and I now have five pet snakes. So we now have three Ball Pythons and two Boas. My son loves them all and loves holding them and helping me take care and feed them. Here's some pictures of my son and some of my collection.

Noah holding my newest snake Xena the Boa. Or is she holding him? Wink

Noah holding my first Ball Python Stripe.

Noah holding my other Boa Wheezer.

I love the fact that he loves snakes so much. But I've taught him to never, ever pick one up in the wild. Respect them and keep your distance from them.

What a handsome young man your son is Jimmy. I only hope all those snakes remain docile and never injure this loving young man, or anyone for that matter.

Thank you for the welcome back guys. Don't worry Chatty. My son is never allowed to handle any of the snakes unless I'm there with him to watch and make sure that the snakes are acting okay.

HI Jimmy! What a sight for sore eyes you are, and still handsome I see, but I think your son may have you beat. He will be a heart breaker!

I sure am glad to see you back although your snakes still scare my little puppy dog! I am sorry that you had some bad times to deal with and I am glad they are resolved. I hope we'll be seeing more of you in the near future.

Very Happy

I saw the young man with tears rolling down his face in the cold February air. He nervously tried to wipe them away, as he was proud and didn't want anyone to see his grief. He stood tall after he'd carried the casket that held his grandfather who died days before of lung cancer. My son knew he could never joke with his papaw ever again.

You can't put a price on a healthy set of lungs. It's just how much you're willin' to pay.

He says Thank you, but he is rather vain. He also says that he knows he is a very handsome puppy. Very Happy

Mel that pup is so adorable and of course dogs are my favorite animals of all, cats come in second. Snakes? Not so much!

Oh and I am not sure how, what you suggested <b> didn't work, but I was able to fix the signature line after deleting it all together. Still not in bold but I'll take what I can get at this point. LOL!!!
